Dear John
I was disappointed that you didn’t attend the PADD meeting on Monday night as it was standing room only with the amount of people concerned about this proposed development.

I am DEFINITELY OPPOSED to this proposal as it’s not in keeping with the surrounding environment and it takes nothing into consideration especially the ratepayers input and suggestions.

You were elected as a representative for the people and I assure you that this proposal is not what the people want in the area.

The plans need to THROWN OUT and start again NOT MODIFIED as the council is suggesting.

I do not get involved normally with council issues, however this proposal looks like and amateur attempt or a political party desire to destroy this unique part of Perth. If I wanted this area to look like Subiaco I would have bought in that area, also I moved out of Claremont, as the Claremont Council allowed infill and major subdivision was high on their priority. Again if I wanted high density living I could choose to live in that area, which I did not.

Please VOTE NO on this proposal as I will be following this closely to see how the councillors are responding and listening to the rate payers.

Also I will be speaking to as many residents in my street and parents from my daughters schools to raise awareness, in order to make sure a lot of rate payers are following the councils progress before they rubber stamp this proposal.
