Dear Sir,

I write to express my concerns about, and opposition to the Dalkeith Redevelopment (Precinct no.18) Concept Plan – December 2007. I am totally opposed to such development, which would radically change the character of the neighbourhood, to the detriment of local residents in particular those surrounding the development area, all of whom are rate payers within the City of Nedlands.

I reside with my husband and two children (five years and six months) at 146 Waratah Avenue. I am most concerned the scheme fails to support young families living in the area by reducing community facilities, and increasing traffic, parking and commercial activity.

My family fully supports the submission by PADD on this subject.
