Viv and I consider that PADD is representing our view point on the Dalkeith Redevelopment Plan. We agree with the assumptions below.
In regard to subdivision, we believe that it should be allowed on a certain number of large blocks, especially corner blocks with their double road access. It should not be confined to certain areas only as is now recommended.
