Hello,

I would like to see some development in Dalkeith. Things just can’t stand still but I am against the commercial development being proposed in this plan.
Re residential development I am keen to see a plan allow for certain 1/4 acre or larger blocks to be allowed to have 2+ dwellings on them particularly if they allow longer term residents to downsize and live in the area.
I am opposed however to battle axing blocks and would not like to see the type of development that has occurred at the old Hollywood School site.
Corner block are obvious options but I think there needs to be flexibility for other options too.
