OBJECTION TO NEDLANDS COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR DALKEITH
The proposed plan to the Waratah Ave development is totally unacceptable and needs to be thrown out in its entirety.

Dalkeith is a quiet, leafy, established suburb with beautiful surroundings. This is what Dalkeith is known for and why it is a sought after area. The people that chose to live here didn’t come here in the hope of a potential commercial area. If there are people (and they are not Dalkeith residents) that want high density living, apartments, small blocks, hotels, motels, office’s there are plenty of other suburbs offering this.

Leave Dalkeith alone.
