Dear Erin Kenworthy and Craig Sheperd,

Hi, my name is Ella Salamun, and I live in 5 Circe Circle, Dalkeith.
Herewith my feedback for the redevelopment plan in
Dalkeith:

From my perspective, if we turn Dalkeith into a high dense area, there will be more disadvantages compares to the advantage. Some of the points such as

1. Parks and reservation areas
Dalkeith is a residential area surrounded by parks and reservation areas. This is beneficial for us. Abundant supply of fresh air, keeps us healthy, keeping the animals in their natural habitat, and trees are greats for shades in summer season.

2. Security
With a small units of offices and stores at Dalkeith areas, we as residences feel safer when leaving or even staying inside the house. Childrens are playing and people are exercising in the morning and afternoon.

3. Nearby shops and business areas
A nearby suburb such as Claremont already established for retail shops. Another example is Nedlands, has been known for business areas. Besides, CBD is not that far from Dalkeith. If Dalkeith turns into a similar development, these businesses will have more competitions which mean they have to spend more money for marketing campaign.

Thus, we are happy of what Dalkeith is. It's beautiful and safe for everybody.

I thank you for your time,

Yours,

Ella Salamun
