The Council's Dalkeith Concept Draft Built Form Design Guidelines (Precinct 18) December 2007 ("The Dalkieth Concept Plan") which proposes totally inappropriate high density development,

Up to five storey/19M high rise commercial/residential redevelopment along Waratah Avenue from Adelma to Roberts St.

Three storey/12M high rise residential redevelopment in Dalkeith

Multiple dwelling residential redevelopment along Waratah Avenue and Circe Circle (part of)

Short Term accomodation flats/apartments in Dalkieth - many less than 70 sq metres

Motels/Hotels/Taverns in Dalkeith

The secrecy surrounding the Dalkeith Concept Plan since June last year and lack of publicity and public consultation until the last moment
