APPLICATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

We understand that in or about May/June 2007 your planning department outsourced to independent consultants the task of putting together a new development plan for Dalkeith  which has resulted in the production of the Dalkeith  Redevelopment (Precinct No. 18) Concept Built Form Design Guidelines (December 2007)(“the Guidelines”). *The Waratah Village Precinct Urban Design Study specifies the consultants to be Koltasz Smith and ADLA Landscape Consultants.

We make this application under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (as amended) and request copies of the following documents in relation to the Council’s brief to the independent consultants:

  1. the Council’s brief to the independent consultants and all correspondence and emails passing between the Council and each consultant and passing between the consultants themselves;
  2. the accounts rendered by each consultant to the Council in relation to the brief ;
  3. all invoices that have been rendered to Council in relation to any and all matters leading to the production of the Guidelines.

 

Enclosed is the application fee of $30.00.

We request that our application be expedited as it is urgent. The Mayor and the CEO are aware of who we are.
