Hi Paola

I just want to confirm my stance on some of your other points,

I do not agree with the proposed development around the school.

I do not agree with commercial development outside the existing commercial area.

I believe we need to specify a hight limit in the existing commercial area, the current village is around 13.5m high.

I agree with mixed use commercial / residential in the existing commercial area.

I do not agree with any Hotels, Motels or Taverns in Dalkeith.

I would support development at the hall site providing a new community hall was included, and the city retained ownership of the whole development.

Retaining ownership of our land and using it more efficiently as a hall, some elderly persons housing and medical suites could diversify Nedlands reliance on rates income.

This type of development could cover the costs associated with providing the community facility, thus making the hall a sustainable asset for future generations.

thanks

Matt
