Cr Negus.
Why did it take so long for you to put the interests of the people you were elected to represent on the Nedlands Council first?
You should have stepped back in October 2007 when you were first elected , infact one could wonder why indeed you stood for election as you knew then that you and your family had a vested interest in the Dalkeith Redevelopment Draft Concept.
If indeed you had stated to all Dalkeith People in October 2007 after your election ,that you found yourself in an untenable situation because of your vested interests in this project and had taken NO part in the proceedings that followed you may now have some credibility.
As it is , in my opinion,you have done great damage to your own credibility and the office of a Councillor on the Nedlands Council .
This not only reflects badly on you but unfortunately on other past and present councillors.
I hope you have learnt from this episode for I am sure the Dalkeith people certainly have!
